One enters via the quaint patio entrance into the living room: spacious lounge, dining area and separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms accompanied with ensuite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bath), one room with three beds, another double bedroom and the third bathroom. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans, mosquito nets and electric shutters.
Outside
The outside spaces define the style of the villa, starting with the tree-lined garden that surrounds the house, the patio, to finally arrive at the large terrace, the heart of the house! A beautifully furnished porch with brick fireplace, private swimming pool of almost 60m2, with one of the most enchanting views of both the sea and the cathedral of Loreto. The terrace is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, it has three large electric sun blinds and is equipped with outdoor lighting to be able to enjoy the terrace at any time of the day.
Position
The villa is located about 300m from the sports centre, swimming pool, bar/restaurant and from the nearest beach shuttle, running every 45 minutes.
